By accessing or using Social Busta, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our platform.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Social Busta. By using our services, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account. Social Busta is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised account access due to your failure to keep credentials secure.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our platform to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent orders
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt our systems
• Use automated tools to abuse our platform or services

4. Orders and Delivery

Once an order is placed and enters "Processing" status, it cannot be cancelled or refunded unless delivery fails entirely. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary. We reserve the right to refund an order to your wallet if it cannot be fulfilled.

5. Wallet and Payments

All wallet balances are in Nigerian Naira (NGN) or USD, as selected. Wallet funds are non-transferable between accounts and cannot be converted to cash except through the approved withdrawal process. We reserve the right to suspend wallet activity if fraud is suspected.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are credited to your Social Busta wallet. We do not process bank refunds. If an order cannot be fulfilled as described, a wallet refund is issued automatically. For disputes, contact support within 7 days of the order completion date.

7. Affiliate Program

Affiliate commissions are earned when referred users make qualifying deposits. We reserve the right to withhold commissions suspected of fraud, self-referral, or abuse. Commissions are credited to your wallet and can be withdrawn subject to minimum thresholds.

8. Service Availability

Social Busta strives to maintain high uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may suspend services for maintenance, upgrades, or reasons beyond our control. We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

Social Busta is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of social media reach, account penalties imposed by third-party platforms, or business losses.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Unused wallet balance will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in Nigerian courts of competent jurisdiction.
